Citizen Committees

It was by chance that I learned of the Parking & Pedestrian Safety Advisory Resource Committee (PPSARC) being put together in late 2016. It was an honor to be appointed. As one of the original members, the great opportunity to meet other residents with the same interests in safety, parking, making a difference and wanting to put in the work for others was something that I wanted to see keep going. Although it ended in 2018. there were many successes that came out of it. I was reminded of this by a letter to the editor in the September 29th Beaches Leader. I was not able to add the link, but the scan is below. We have amazing residents in our city, why not let them help?
